Working at Fragment
There is no such thing as an average person. Take any selection of personal attributes — height, shoe size, aptitude at assembling IKEA furniture—anything from a few measures to hundreds, and see if you can find the “average” person based on those criteria… Spoiler: they don’t exist.
It follows, therefore, that everyone is extraordinary at something. As a company, we believe it’s our responsibility to help every member of the team find the role in which they can be truly special.
From compensation to training & development, the idea that everyone is extraordinary at something underlies everything we do. And, we think the proof is in the pudding. Our alumni have gone on to work at and hold leadership positions in the world’s most prestigious publications, entertainment brands, and technology companies, including Wired and the New York Times, Netflix, Google, and Facebook.
